Description
Worley is seeking a senior engineering leader to lead multi-discipline engineering teams on refinery and petrochemical projects across the concept, pre-FEED, FEED, detailed design, EPCM, and EPC project lifecycle. The role manages engineering scope, schedule, budget, resources, technical quality, interfaces, design reviews, risk and change management, and supports project delivery, customer engagement, and business development. It requires at least 15 years of engineering experience, including 10 years on refinery and petrochemical projects, and a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
