WSP is hiring a hybrid Project Engineering Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering execution for large, complex mining projects across the engineering, procurement, construction, and construction management lifecycle. The role manages technical documentation, engineering strategy, budgets, schedules, staffing, performance, quality systems, safety and environmental requirements, and interdisciplinary coordination with clients, discipline leads, project controls, and field teams. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering, Canadian Professional Engineer registration, and 15 years of relevant mining engineering experience, including leadership in concentrators and mills and EPC/EPCM project execution.
