Description
Eclipse Automation is hiring a full-time Project Engineering Manager (Automation) for an on-site role in Cambridge, Ontario. The position leads the Project Engineering function within the Automation business unit, coordinates project engineering activities and milestones, manages budgets and staffing, develops workflows and KPIs, and collaborates with Applications, Project Management, Mechanical & Controls Engineering, Manufacturing, and Human Resources. The role also provides leadership, coaching, performance management, and ensures adherence to quality, safety, reliability, and customer expectations. Candidates need a university degree in engineering or robotics automation, Ontario P.Eng eligibility, 10+ years of automation industry experience, 5+ years of increasing engineering responsibility, and familiarity with applicable codes and standards. Compensation is $150,000–$190,000, with health, dental, and vision benefits, RRSP matching, tuition and professional dues reimbursement, and paid leave.
