Eaton’s ES AMER NAS division is hiring a Project Engineering Manager, Hyperscale, to lead Project Engineers supporting field project-managed orders for hyperscale data centers. The role provides strategic leadership, manages workload balance and team development, escalates technical and commercial issues, supports project execution and customer communication, and improves documentation and configuration processes. It is remote anywhere in the United States, with a preference for candidates within 50 miles of an Eaton facility, and requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of relevant experience, and a valid unrestricted driver’s license. The expected annual salary is $113,000–$165,000, with up to 25% travel; no relocation or immigration sponsorship is available.
