Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is hiring an Operations Program Manager to lead manufacturing operations across multiple Ground Based Air Surveillance programs, including TPY-4 and TPS-77. The role manages Manufacturing Project Managers, multi-site execution, proposal and baseline efforts, capacity and staffing analyses, Control Account Manager activities, and cross-functional manufacturing teams. Candidates need strong manufacturing, cost-accounting, leadership, analytical, and communication skills, prior experience managing manufacturing programs across multiple factories, and a government security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required. The full-time salary range is $129,000 to $239,600, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
