Description
Worley is hiring a Project Engineering Manager to establish and lead engineering and design delivery for offshore and fast-track EPC projects. The role coordinates process, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, civil, and other disciplines; leads design reviews and 3D model reviews; supports procurement, construction, vendor approvals, and customer interfaces; and manages engineering execution, planning, controls, risks, and team performance. Mandatory qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in engineering, oil and gas or energy EPC delivery experience, prior Project Engineering Manager experience, strong EPC detailed engineering governance experience, offshore project experience, and previous ADNOC EPC experience.
