Description
The Project Engineering Manager will oversee engineering activities for AIS and GIS substation projects, ensuring schedule, quality, cost, and resource targets are met. The role coordinates civil, structural, MEP, instrumentation, procurement, vendor engineering, design reviews, BIM implementation, site execution, and commercial matters; leads design leads, design engineers, and draughtsmen; and supports project planning, estimation, technical submissions, and contract clarifications. The position requires a B.E. or B.Tech. in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering and at least 15 years of experience in primary and secondary substation design, with knowledge of equipment, vendor engineering, contractual requirements, and project execution.
