Description
The Production Operations Program Performance Lead will lead production operations performance for the Manassas, Virginia site and support day-to-day operations of the Undersea Mission Systems market segment. Responsibilities include manufacturing project management, material management, planning, risk mitigation, performance improvement, and cross-functional program execution. The role reports to the Manassas Production Operations Sr. Manager and requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, Lean Manufacturing training, and at least seven years of operations experience. The full-time salary range is $145,100 to $269,500, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
