Lockheed Martin Space is hiring a Project Engineering Manager for its Fleet Ballistic Missiles (FBM) program to lead US and UK fleet analysis, develop production master schedules, establish program baselines, assess executability and risk mitigation, and support Navy partners and LM leadership. The role leads program analysts and software engineers in Kings Bay, Georgia, and Titusville, Florida, and may include hiring support as the team grows. Candidates need a degree or equivalent experience, missile production and sustainment experience, long-range planning experience, team leadership or prior management experience, US citizenship, and the ability to maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance. The full-time salary range is $129,000 to $239,600, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
