Canadian Natural is hiring a Project Engineering Student for a 12-month term beginning January 2027 in its Oil Sands Projects team at the Calgary, Alberta head office. The student will support engineering cost estimating and project controls for oil and gas facilities by applying engineering principles, using Excel, Power BI, and WinEst, performing quantity take-offs and cost analysis, developing reports and analytical tools, and collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams. Applicants must be enrolled in a bachelor's engineering program and hold a valid Class 5 Alberta driver's license or equivalent; legal authorization to work in Canada without restrictions is required.
