ABEC is hiring a full-time, onsite Project Engineering Supervisor in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania to lead and develop a team of Project Engineers while directing engineering activities across multiple biopharmaceutical customer projects. The role covers equipment design, system integration, documentation, technical problem solving, project coordination, customer collaboration, design reviews, FATs, SATs, commissioning, and continuous improvement. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical, biological, or related engineering, experience leading engineering teams, and strong mechanical and process equipment design knowledge; biopharmaceutical, sanitary process, automation, Lean, and customer-facing engineering experience are preferred.
