Description
The Preconstruction Estimator will lead preconstruction efforts for general commercial construction projects, including client relationships, estimates, value engineering, budgets, schedules, constructability reviews, bid packages, subcontract administration, and project team coordination. The role requires at least six years of estimating experience, an associate degree in Construction Management or Estimating, and regular in-person attendance. The salary range is $97,000 to $118,000 annually, with health, vision, dental, disability, life, and other benefits.
