Description
Design Line Construction, Inc. is hiring a Project Estimator to support preconstruction and ongoing high-end residential construction projects. The role prepares and reviews RFPs, budget estimates, bids, cost analyses, take-offs, subcontractor proposals, change orders, and project schedules; coordinates with architects, owners, consultants, project managers, and vendors; and performs value engineering and risk assessments. The position requires a bachelor's degree in construction management or equivalent experience, at least five years of construction project experience, and proficiency with Excel, Bluebeam or Plangrid, and Procore. The salary range is $140,000 to $170,000 per year, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, vacation, and other benefits.
