CP Build is hiring a full-time Estimator in Salt Lake City to prepare cost, material, and labor estimates, budgets, quotes, and conceptual proposals for commercial construction projects. The role also includes preconstruction services, bid preparation, supplier and subcontractor coordination, quantity take-offs, and value engineering. Candidates need at least two years of commercial construction experience and two years of estimating experience or a relevant degree, along with strong communication, analytical, organizational, and computer skills. The position offers a $60,000–$85,000 annual salary, health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits, and requires in-person work.
