Description
The full-time Project Estimator will identify automatic door bid opportunities, review plans and specifications, take off construction projects, prepare and price estimates, manage bid packages and CRM records, follow up on results, and support shop drawings, supplier relationships, and customer sales. The role requires construction, architectural, or B2B sales experience, the ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications, strong mathematical and technical skills, communication, organization, and computer proficiency. Compensation is $70,000 or more depending on experience, with bonus opportunities, health insurance, retirement matching, and paid time off. The position is onsite in Ohio, requires a 90-day trial, and is restricted to Ohio applicants.
