Description
Coldspring is hiring a full-time Estimator to prepare accurate quantity surveys and cost estimates for limited product lines and building projects. The role involves reviewing proposals, blueprints, specifications, and other documents; identifying labor, material, and time requirements; computing costs; analyzing change orders; preparing schedules of values; using Plan Swift and AutoCAD; and supporting sales staff with site visits and pre-bid conferences. The position requires a high school diploma with post-secondary training or business experience, at least three years of drafting stone products experience or equivalent work and technical college experience, and familiarity with architectural, structural, civil, and landscape drawings. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a salary range of $60,285 to $70,158.
