35 North is hiring a full-time Project Executive to serve as an owner’s representative on complex life science, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology construction projects. The role oversees projects from conception through completion, manages budgets, schedules, contracts, quality, safety, documentation, and stakeholder relationships, and coordinates with clients, contractors, consultants, and regulatory stakeholders. It is a permanent position that may alternate between the company’s Durham, North Carolina headquarters and client locations, with office and construction-site work, travel, and safety requirements.
