Description
The Plant Project Manager will lead new product industrialization, customer variant, series care, engineering change, and trial-order projects, overseeing customer sample builds, project visits, ECR implementation, KPI reporting, and delivery. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, manufacturing, or project management engineering, at least two years of manufacturing or product engineering experience including one year in project management, project management expertise, and strong leadership and communication skills; automotive and IATF 16949 experience are advantageous, while PMP certification is preferred.
