Description
The Department of Design and Construction, Borough Based Jails Program seeks an Administrative Project Manager to administer and oversee the construction of borough-based jail facilities across New York City. The role manages aggressive construction schedules, project milestones, budgets, regulatory compliance, resource allocation, and timely delivery while coordinating with architects, engineers, construction managers, senior management, and interagency task forces. The position is full-time at 35 hours in New York City and requires U.S. work authorization, an accredited degree in a specified field, and substantial experience in engineering design, construction, or large engineering project administration, including two years in an administrative, managerial, executive, or supervisory capacity.
