The role covers project estimating, budgeting, financial planning, risk management, procurement, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, safety, quality control, issue resolution, client and stakeholder relationships, business development, and project closeout. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, at least 15 years of progressive construction project management experience, and expertise in large-scale project delivery, financial oversight, and project controls.
