Description
Rosendin is hiring a Project Executive to provide strategic and day-to-day leadership for construction, project management, and project administration activities on assigned electrical construction projects. The role oversees budgets, schedules, profitability, client and subcontractor relationships, workforce planning, project reviews, change order negotiations, quality, safety, and closeout, while managing and developing project management staff. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related engineering field, at least 10 years of project management experience preferably in electrical construction, knowledge of construction technology and scheduling, and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. The position is primarily conducted on active construction sites and requires 10–25% travel.
