Description
Rosendin is hiring a Project Executive to lead and oversee construction, project management, and project administration activities for assigned projects. The role is responsible for budgets, schedules, profitability, client and subcontractor relationships, workforce planning, project reviews, change-order negotiations, safety, quality, and project closeout. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil or structural engineering, or a related field; at least 10 years of project management experience, preferably in electrical construction; knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, equipment, and methods; and experience managing and mentoring others. The position is primarily based on active construction sites and requires 10–25% travel.
