Path Construction is hiring a Project Executive in the Chicago area to lead multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The role oversees project teams, budgets, schedules, risks, claims, procurement, design documents, safety, quality, client relationships, and business development. Candidates should have at least 10 years of commercial construction management experience, strong estimating and project-control knowledge, OSHA safety experience, and proficiency with construction management software. The position offers an annual salary of $130,000 to $210,000 plus a bonus plan and other benefits.
