Description
ACCO is seeking an experienced business development and project management leader for HVAC and mechanical construction projects. The role is responsible for identifying new revenue opportunities, managing client relationships and project pursuits, overseeing estimating, engineering, budgeting, contracting, pre-construction, execution, and completion, and mentoring Project Managers and Engineers. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sales Management, or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of progressive HVAC/mechanical project experience and team leadership, strong business development, negotiation, communication, analytical, organizational, and project management skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and enterprise management/accounting software. Travel to other office and shop locations is required 10–50% of the time, and compensation is $150,285–$250,475 annually.
