Mortenson is hiring a Project Executive I to provide overall management for large construction projects, lead project teams, manage customer relationships, oversee proposals and contract administration, control budgets and costs, and support business development. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant construction or engineering field, at least 10 years of large-project construction management experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to travel 50–75%. Base pay is $168,100–$252,200, with higher ranges in Denver, Chicago, Seattle, Portland, and Washington, D.C., and medical, dental, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits are offered.
