HDR is hiring a Project Field Engineer to provide on-site supervisory support for LACMTA’s rail, bus, highway, joint development, and transit-facility construction contracts. The role supports contract administration, submittal and document control, progress reporting, contract changes, compliance monitoring, contractor coordination, utility rearrangement, and project closeout, while supervising subordinate staff and working with design, agency, and contractor teams. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a closely related field, an Engineer in Training certificate, MS Office experience, and strong communication and interpersonal skills; EIT registration, a California Class C driver’s license, transit experience, contractor experience, and Los Angeles or CONAD experience are preferred.
