Renewable Properties is hiring a Project Finance Associate to support financial strategy and execution for a renewable energy pipeline spanning solar, BESS, EV charging, and powered land development and acquisition. The role focuses on building and maintaining detailed financial models, supporting buy- and sell-side M&A diligence and transaction execution, analyzing PPA and community solar RFPs, preparing investment materials, and assisting with financing structuring and negotiations. The position reports to the Chief Investment Officer and requires 3+ years of relevant experience, strong Excel modeling skills, familiarity with tax equity structures, and the ability to work from San Francisco, Miami, or New York City.
