Description
STACK is hiring a Project Manager to manage the execution of data center construction projects in Tokyo, Japan. The role coordinates clients, internal teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors; supports budgeting, procurement, RFP/RFQ, scheduling, cost, risk, safety, quality, and reporting; and collaborates with engineering and development teams. The position requires 10+ years of management experience in project management, construction management, or building services, expertise in architecture, electrical systems, or mechanical systems, and professional Japanese proficiency. Data center or mission-critical facility experience, BIM, construction project management systems, and foreign-affiliated project experience are preferred.
