Description
The Project General Foreman supports the Project Superintendent by managing and directing crew team leads, overseeing safety, quality, schedule, productivity, client compliance, risk assessment, hazard analysis, and incident investigations, and maintaining client relationships. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid class five driver’s license, a clean drivers’ abstract, CSTS and OSSA or BSO or CSO, and at least 10 years of supervisory or leadership experience in mining operations. It is a full-time position north of Fort McMurray, Alberta, at the Syncrude Aurora site, with a 14 days on, 7 days off schedule and 13-hour shifts.
