Description
The CDC Foundation is hiring a Project Implementation Specialist to support the State of Connecticut Department of Social Services’ Rural Health Transformation Program. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Projects, the role will guide RHTP contractors, monitor project progress and milestones, coordinate stakeholders, prepare reports and meeting materials, maintain project documentation, and help refine implementation strategies. The position is hybrid, may require occasional statewide travel, and ends on 7/31/2027 with a possible extension.
