Description
Eaton is hiring a Project Industrialization Engineer in Casablanca, Morocco, to lead industrialization and new-product-introduction projects from design transfer through serial production. The role manages cross-functional teams, project timelines, costs, quality, risks, and program metrics; oversees PROLaunch stage-gate reviews and industrialization activities such as PFMEA, control plans, work instructions, and PPAP; and supports concurrent engineering, capital requests, continuous improvement, and manufacturing standards. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or production systems, 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong project-management and manufacturing knowledge, and fluency in English.
