Description
GFSL is hiring a Project Interface Lead for a 12-month fixed-term, full-time contract at HMP Highpoint and HMP Chelmsford, with travel required between the two sites. The role coordinates project teams, contractors, stakeholders, and operational maintenance teams; manages site-based project interfaces; mitigates operational risks; supports project handover; and provides operational support to GFSL Supervisors and Site Managers. The position requires strong communication, flexibility, IOSH certification, and SMSTS certification, with prison-environment experience desirable. The salary is £48,412.56, with 39 hours per week Monday to Friday.
