HR Green is hiring a Project Land Surveyor I/II to support and lead land surveying across field and office environments for residential, commercial, roadway, and municipal projects in Illinois. The role covers public-record research, boundary, topographic, and construction surveys; plats and legal descriptions; quality and compliance; documentation; crew and office coordination; project scope, schedule, and budget management; proposal estimating; and mentoring junior staff. Candidates need at least five years of progressive land-surveying experience, a Professional Land Surveyor license or ability to obtain one within six months, surveying software and Microsoft Office proficiency, strong analytical and communication skills, technical-drawing interpretation ability, and a valid driver’s license. Compensation is $79,200–$146,800 annually.
