FEPS GmbH is hiring a Project Lawyer / Legal Counsel to provide independent legal support for a large-scale turnkey modular construction program involving a public client and subcontractors. The role covers contract drafting, review, negotiation, management, variation orders, claims, deadlines, sureties, documentation, risk assessment, and coordination with external legal advisors. It is based in Berlin with flexible home-office arrangements and occasional site trips, and requires a law degree, at least three years of contract-management experience, fluent German, and good English. The gross annual salary is approximately €60,000–€70,000.
