ServiceNow is hiring a Project Lead to lead software and AI engineers developing cloud-native, AI-native applications. The role combines hands-on Java, Python, and JavaScript development with LLM, agent, retrieval, and managed cloud AI service integration; responsibility for microservices, data and embedding pipelines, RAG assistants, agentic workflows, testing and AI evaluation harnesses, secure coding, deployment, monitoring, and model-drift management; and people leadership through mentoring, code and prompt reviews, goal setting, recruitment support, and cross-functional collaboration. The position requires 8–12 years of Java experience, at least 2 years of prompt engineering and third-party AI/ML service integration experience, and a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
