Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Initial experience in project management and/or readiness-level and quality management.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Mercedes-Benz, preferably in quality project leadership and readiness-level management.
Strong interest in vehicles and their technologies.
Solid technical understanding as well as knowledge of production processes and start-of-production plant operations.
In-depth knowledge of the various vehicle components and parts.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Very good English skills, from speaking to writing—highly confident and negotiation-capable.
Very good IT skills, especially in MS Office, and ideally first experience with cplace.
Willingness to travel.
