Description
EJF is hiring a Project Lead for its Care in Need support service to coordinate projects, provide telephone and in-person counseling, mediate conflicts in inpatient and outpatient facilities, facilitate staff and case conferences, network externally, collaborate with health and care policy committees, develop the facility concept, ensure financial security, and handle administrative tasks. The role is full-time at 39.4 hours per week, initially for a fixed term until 31 December 2027, and requires a degree or comparable qualification in social pedagogy, knowledge of the care sector and state-level care delivery system, interview and conversation experience, and strong PC skills.
