proSapient is hiring a Project Lead in its Lisbon office to own project delivery, lead and develop people, and manage key client accounts across EMEA. The role combines project management, coaching, workload allocation, quality and compliance oversight, and account growth with generous uncapped commission, hybrid working, and health insurance after probation.
