Entelar Group is hiring an Auckland-based Project Lead to oversee a growing portfolio of passive mobile infrastructure projects, including civil construction, tower stands, and end-to-end cell site construction. The role combines people leadership and project management, requiring the development and coaching of a high-performing RAN specialist team, stakeholder communication, financial and resource control, risk management, and delivery of projects and programmes exceeding $10 million. Applicants need at least five years of telecommunications or construction project management experience, a track record of delivering challenging projects, civil construction knowledge, and strong customer and cross-team collaboration skills.
