Description
The Project Lead will execute international, cross-department development projects for spinal systems and navigation, leading teams from idea generation through rollout. Responsibilities include assigning work packages, monitoring KPIs, establishing reporting structures, coordinating international interfaces, and maintaining technical documentation. The role requires an engineering degree in medical technology or mechanical engineering, project management and documentation experience, knowledge of medical-device regulatory guidelines, strong English and organizational skills, and familiarity with MS Office, Jira, and a PDM system.
