Description
Save the Children International is hiring a Project Lead – Cost Optimization Initiative to lead an enterprise-wide transformation aimed at delivering 30–40% structural cost efficiency by 2030 while protecting program quality and beneficiary impact. The role will design and deliver a multi-year roadmap, manage change and programme governance, identify efficiency opportunities, analyse cost baselines, simplify service delivery, engage senior stakeholders, and leverage AI, automation, analytics, and digital technologies. It is a hybrid or remote position based at an approved Save the Children International office, with up to 10% international travel, and is a fixed-term contract lasting 18 months until 31 December 2027.
