Zinnov is hiring a Project Lead I–M&A in Bangalore to support senior bankers on live investment banking and M&A transactions from mandate through closure. The role focuses on financial modeling and valuation, scenario analysis, buy-side and sell-side execution, due diligence, data rooms, transaction trackers, deal materials, industry research, financial analysis, and client and investor discussions. Candidates need at least three years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, private equity, transaction advisory, or corporate M&A, with live-transaction experience preferred, along with strong Excel, PowerPoint, financial-database, analytical, communication, and ownership skills.
