Description
Homebase is hiring a Project Lead to own the end-to-end onboarding and implementation of Homebase Payroll for small businesses. The role serves as the customer’s primary contact from kickoff through the first payroll run, collects and reconciles payroll and employee data, trains customers, troubleshoots implementation issues, collaborates with Sales, Product, and Engineering, and maintains Salesforce records. The position requires at least three years of implementation, onboarding, payroll, or project management experience at a SaaS company, with payroll implementation experience strongly preferred, and involves in-office work Monday through Thursday with flexible Fridays.
