The role supports the direct manager through mentoring and team development, leads performance marketing projects across multiple platforms, manages client relationships, and applies advanced analytical and strategic skills. Candidates must have experience scaling performance marketing accounts, leading projects end-to-end, coaching team members, and using data visualization tools. The position offers $600,000–$700,000 MXN plus benefits, with new-hire starting pay of $600,000–$675,000 MXN plus benefits.
