Description
Arcadis is hiring a Rail Project Lead to lead integrated design processes for complex rail infrastructure projects in the Netherlands and abroad. The role coordinates civil engineering, overhead lines, rail systems, and station environments; manages quality, schedule, budget, scope, and risks; serves as the primary client and stakeholder contact; and contributes to proposals, tenders, procurement, BIM, Systems Engineering, and quality assurance. Candidates need a technical higher professional or university degree, approximately 3 to 5 years of relevant project lead or design management experience, knowledge of design processes and digitalization, strong stakeholder management and communication skills in Dutch and English, and a proactive entrepreneurial attitude.
