Description
The Project Lead – Site Development & Underground Utilities will serve as the operational anchor for civil construction projects in Charles Town, West Virginia. The role manages budgets, schedules, subcontractors, municipal inspectors, and production in HeavyJob; coordinates multi-crew field operations; operates heavy equipment when needed; enforces OSHA safety standards; and maintains daily logs and job yields. Candidates need at least five years of site development and underground utility construction experience, two to three years of civil project leadership experience, HeavyJob proficiency, and practical heavy-equipment operation skills.
