BMNT is hiring a Project Lead, SOF RACER to manage demand-generation workstreams for the SOF RACER consortium, which connects commercial technology companies with U.S. Special Operations Command stakeholders. The role owns relationships with SOCOM stakeholders, converts challenges into funded problems, supports training and demo events, curates growth opportunities, and runs workstreams with autonomy. It requires government-acquisition experience, strong stakeholder and discovery skills, classification awareness, and an active Secret clearance, with TS/SCI preferred. Compensation is $135,000 to $155,000.
