This revenue-driven role involves sourcing and managing a team of professionals to connect them with clients globally. Responsibilities include autonomously managing client briefs, driving proactive methodologies, executing projects, increasing margins and revenue, and ensuring expert satisfaction. The role also focuses on account management, strategically owning user communications, building client relationships, devising communication strategies, and driving revenue growth. Additionally, the Project Lead will manage a team, providing guidance and coaching, identifying solutions to project challenges, and acting as a values champion.
