Description
The Project Leader will own the cross-functional delivery of moderate to high-complexity new product development programs for outdoor power equipment. The role integrates technical and business objectives, manages schedules, risks, costs, quality, launch readiness, and supplier readiness, and leads project teams through influence and executive communication. It requires an engineering or related technical degree, at least five years of relevant experience, and strong capabilities in scheduling, risk management, product costing, technical trade-offs, and launch execution.
