BCG is hiring a Project Leader to lead complex, cross-functional client engagements across technology, financial services, healthcare, consumer goods, and other industries. The role involves synthesizing insights, steering analytical work, delivering data-driven client solutions, managing end-to-end program delivery, coordinating stakeholders, and developing team members. Candidates need 7 to 12 years of combined consulting and industry experience, strong project management and leadership skills, analytical and strategic thinking, and excellent stakeholder and communication abilities. Domestic and/or international travel is expected.
